Event and eligibility

Latency is the main TEDxBMSITM event at BSN Auditorium, BMSIT, on 15 October 2026. Auditorium entry is from 9:30 to 10:00 AM; the program starts at 10:00 AM. The event is open to attendees from inside and outside BMSIT. A valid photo ID matching the ticket name must be shown at entry.

Prices and availability

Slab 1 has 50 tickets at ₹150 each. Slab 2 has 50 tickets at ₹200 each and is scheduled to open at 1:00 PM IST on 12 October 2026. A checkout temporarily reserves one seat for 15 minutes. One attendee identifier or phone number may have only one active or paid ticket. BMSIT attendees without a USN may enter another identifier; attendees from outside BMSIT must provide a phone number. Seat availability is checked by the server, not by the displayed count alone.

Payment and ticket issue

Razorpay processes the payment. Bhargava Krishna G, the club president, receives the ticket revenue through his Razorpay merchant account as arranged by the event team. This website issues the named PDF ticket and emails it to the personal or college email address you provide after server-confirmed payment capture. A payment screen or bank debit alone is not proof that a ticket has been issued; if confirmation is pending, check your order status and contact the team before attempting another payment.

Admission

The ticket is personal and non-transferable. Its QR code is valid for one entry only. Staff will compare your ticket name with your photo ID and confirm admission through the organizer scanner. A copied QR code cannot grant a second entry after the first successful scan. Do not share your ticket.

Cancellations and privacy

Attendee-initiated cancellations and transfers are not offered. The separate refund and cancellation policy explains payment errors and organizer changes. The privacy policy explains how registration and activity information is handled.
