How delivery works
After Razorpay payment capture is confirmed by our server, this website generates a named PDF ticket with a unique QR code. The PDF is available from your confirmed order page and is sent through Resend to the email address entered at checkout. You may use a personal or college email address. Please check the address carefully before paying.
If delivery is delayed
Payment confirmation or email delivery can be delayed by the bank, network, or email provider. If your bank shows a debit and no ticket appears, do not start a second payment. Check your order status, inbox, and spam folder, then contact the team with your USN, attendee identifier, or phone number and payment reference. The team can investigate and retry delivery.
At the venue
Bring the PDF or its QR code and a photo ID matching the ticket name to BSN Auditorium on 15 October 2026. Entry is 9:30–10:00 AM. The QR code can be admitted only once by the staff scanner. The ticket belongs to the named attendee and cannot be transferred.
